We deliver across India to PIN codes serviced by our delivery partners. Availability depends on the destination and the products in your order.

Charges and delivery estimates

Delivery estimates and charges are confirmed at checkout. Shipping charges, applicable taxes and the order total are displayed before payment. A free-shipping offer applies only when explicitly shown for your order.

Dispatch and tracking

After your order is accepted and prepared, dispatch and tracking information will be provided through your order communication when available. Delivery estimates can be affected by destination, public holidays or courier disruptions. Contact us if your parcel is delayed.

Check your address

Please provide a complete address, correct PIN code and reachable phone number. Contact us promptly if a correction is needed; we may not be able to change details once the parcel has been dispatched.

Damaged, incorrect or missing items

Please contact us within 3 calendar days of delivery with the order number and evidence of the issue. Keep the packaging while the issue is reviewed. Our replacement and refund policy explains the next steps.
